Pilates was developed over a hundred years ago by Joseph Pilates. It is made up of a variety of exercises focusing on stretching and strengthening the muscles.

At Better Flow Physio our Pilates is taught by physiotherapists with expertise in anatomy, injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Pilates follows is a group of comprehensive exercises addressing deep stability muscles within the body.

Our staff are experienced and dedicated; they will provide you with a unique programme tailored to your specific goals. The exercises follow a progression from static stability such as basic core strength onto more advanced, dynamic movement patterns.

1-2-1 Mat Pilates

5 classes: £350 (£70 per class)

10 classes: £650 (£65 per class)

2-2-1 Mat Pilates

Single class: £95

5 classes: £450 (£90 per class)

10 classes: £850 (£85 per class)

1-2-1 Reformer Pilates

Single class: £75

5 classes: £350 (£70 per class)

10 classes: £650 (£65 per class)

Mat Group Classes (max 7 per class)

Single class: £19.50

5 classes: £90 (£18 per class) 2 month expiry 

10 classes: £140 (£14 per class) 3 month expiry 

20 classes: £260 (£13 per class) 4 month expiry

Important Information

  • There is no joining fee for the pilates classes.

  • We require 24 hour notice for cancellation by phone or email.

  • Please bring a water bottle and towel.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the class.

  • We provide mats but if you prefer your own, feel free to bring it along.

  • Wear comfortable clothes.

If you have never done Pilates before, we do recommend that you do at least two 1-2-1 classes. However, it is not mandatory .
